Permanent Reception/Administration Assistant:
Located at our Geelong office, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

We are looking for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and has proven experience in a previous Receptionist positions

Salary will be in line with your ability to contribute

  • Answer telephones and respond to emails from external and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain client areas and its presentation
  • Help the administration team with day to day tasks
  • Complete client registrations
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of company events

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills both face to face and via the phone
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solution focused with patience and compassion
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office products
  • Well presented
